OT: Protecting an Internet pseudonym

I don't see it as copyrightable, but I'd bet that it's trademarkable.

That Fatal1ty or whatever his name is, seems to have his name on a lot of 
products now (fancy heatsinks and premium mainboards at least); I'd expect he 
found a way to get legal protection for that.
