Where is least expensive to colocate a machine in the valley?

I've been doing VOIP related work for awhile and the DSL connection I've 
been using to host my PBX is just not stable enough.
If the form factor matters a lot (Tower versus 1U/etc) I can build a 1U 
box,
where is the most reasonable colocation facility for such a thing in the 
valley?
Last time I checked into it it was about $150/month, has the price 
dropped since then?.
