Linux Admins hard to find?

Letting off some steam here. I know a lot of Linux qualified admins who can't find Linux jobs and end up doing other things.

I always wonder what people are talking about when they say they cannot find Linux admins.

Anyone here have actually been part of a Linux project that had a hard time finding qualified people?
