What are you doing that requires frontpage?
There are many html editors/etc like

    Quantas plus http://quanta.sourceforge.net/
    Nvu http://www.nvu.com/
    Bluefish http://bluefish.openoffice.nl/index.html

Have you tried other options such as content management systems like 
Joomla/Mambo?
