Problem logging on to the website

I tried logging on to the website but I kept getting a 'wrong username or 
password' error.
However I was able to log on to the 
<http://lists.plug.phoenix.az.us/mailman/options/plug-discuss> page with the 
same username and password. Is there a problem with the webpage or is it on 
my end?
