OT: monitor recylcing

Afterthought:  don't worry about the fire hazard thing.  AzSTRUT accepts 
equipment even if it is only "hazardous waste", and directs it to the 
proper materials-recycling channels.  But I gather there is training 
value in some rather broken computers.
