How to capture the text contents on a webpage "inside" frame?

Is there some option in Konqueror to view the contents of a frame in a
new window? If you can do that, then you can save the resulting page
just as you would any other. If you can do that, you may be able to
figure out what URL the frame is drawing its content from, and paste
that URL into a new browser window and save from there.
