PostgreSQL backups

How much is 'a lot'?  GB, TB, +++?

For free solutions, the only thing I've ever done is a daily SQL  
dump, and that's worked flawlessly.

If that's really not an option, Arkiea isn't cheap, but they have a  
plugin allowing you to backup a running PostgreSQL database.  I  
imagine it might be able to do incremental backups as well?  http://
