VoiP provider recommendations

I was just poking around in my voicepulse account, and they seem to have 
az numbers now!  I don't know when they showed up because they weren't 
there when I last looked a couple months ago, and I haven't gotten the 
email they were supposed to send to notify me, but they seem to have 480, 
520, 602, and 623 available.
