	The DCCA is the Debian Common Core Alliance. In essence, The major flavors of 
Debian have agreed to develop packages and support around the Linux Standard 
Base which will be compatible with all the major Debian Distros, (including 
Ubuntu for the most part, even though they have not signed up yet).  The idea 
is to make Debian more appealing to enterprise users.
