a cool Opera feature that Mozilla doesn't have

The API for this was mostly done (though the only example was for the
bonbo editor). There has already been code submission for vi and emacs
but I think they are going to slow down till the 2.0 code base gets more
stable (its going to be a lot more fun to program additions on 2.0).
