I'm upset.

As you may recall I had Mandrake 9=2E0 running on my box and was soooooo HAP=
PY! Then I put 9=2E1RC2 (I heard such positive things about RC1 that RC2 was=
 sure to be the final release)=2E Well, I discovered that assumption to be i=
ncorrect! it had many items that did not work! Then I found that I couldn't =
downgrade because my original 9=2E0 disks had scratches on it<?>! Finally, I=
 got a new set of 9=2E0 (just today) from the PLUG CD provider and everythin=
g loaded purrrrrfectly=2E=2E=2E=2E=2E almost=2EIt doesn't see my modem=2E Wh=
en I attempt to connect or querey the modem it says, "Sorry, the modem is no=
t responding" (or something like that)=2E Do I need to create any links to/f=
rom something? Could someone arrange for a time to call me to help? I am hom=
e sporadicaly until Tuesday so I have to know when I need to be home=2E Also=
, I am in a vocational rehabilitation program because of brain trauma I suff=
ered in 1984 so right now I am usually home=2E I know there are so many peop=
le with the know how on here and I plead for help=2E
