Old RH8 Kernel Uninstall Q

I've found that with the newer outdated kernels uninstalling them with 
"rpm -e [old kernel] even cleans up grub.conf.  I guess that's one reason 
RedHat went to grub as the default boot loader.

And to Bart, you should alwasy use "rpm -i" to add new kernels, so you can 
boot off the old one in case of a problem with the new one.
