I'm confused about RH8's reply to "rpm -q apache"... 'not installed'

I tried libphp4.so and then libphp4 and neither one draws something. I think
I need to install those two packages. Unfortunately, Wrox doesn't respond
like Paul DuBois, the author of MySQL. He's always answering questions
posted to that list.

I think that the current version of PHP uses a different naming scheme and
what you need is libphp4.so. I believe that this is a recent change from
mod_php4.
