Net install of debian/linux on a sun spacstation 20

I recently aquired a sun sparcstation 20 (2x 125 Mhz, 288 MB RAM, 2 GB 
HD) and I need to install an os.The machine does not have a cdrom so my 
options are somewhat limited.

I would like to do a "Netbooting" (?) install of either debian linux or 
netbsd, but know very little about how to do it. Are there any urls that 
I would find helpful?

Would I be better off waiting for the next install fest and begging 
someone to bring over a sun scsi cd-rom?
