Multiple OSes, 1 Mozilla profile? Solved.

I just did it.

After making a backup of the Windows 98 profile directory, I went ahead and created a "new" profile in the Windows 2000 Mozilla, specifying that it be stored in the Windows 98 profile directory. POOF! It loaded and used the Windows 98 profile as soon as I switched to it.

So, "creating" a "new" profile in the same directory and with the same name as an existing profile actually just uses the profile that is already there without wiping it out.

Now, on to Linux on Mozilla functionality...

(Mmmm... One profile in all my OSes... It will be good!)

directory...
