I assume you mean that it is a switch feeding four hubs (as in one hub on
each floor with a home run back to the switch). If that is the case, you
will get 10 MB/s from the switch to each hub. The traffic on each hub
(often called a collision domain) will vary based on traffic (i.e.
collisions). But every cable plugged into the switch will have a max speed
of 10MB/s.
