(kind of OT) Replicating Active Directory to OpenLDAP/iPlanet

I exported an ldif file then after editing, imported into ldap... if you 
find anything easier, would you let me know?  Please please please... 1700 
users and many fields to edit, it can be a huge pain in the ass.
