emergency programming needed

I need a very quick fix done on two sites I host.  My programmer is in
Vietnam for a personal vacation and cannot do the work remotely for
unknown reasons.  Using Perl, CGI and MySQL, I need two or three fields
added to the database that operates the dynamic pages on a sign up form,
those fields to be reflect on the website, some minor changes in
programming for calculations and a "time differential" issue resolved in
configuring commissions done for 2002, when we are in 2003.  All things
that my programmer could not do before he left.

I have approximately enough to pay for one hour's time for someone,
maybe more.  They have to be very good at interfacing these programs, a
quick study looking at coding and figuring out what to do quickly to
fix.
