PLUG install fest

We can do one at University of Phoenix in Tempe. A nice setup. We need
volunteers to run the event.

Volunteers to organize the event don't need to be GNU/Linux gurus, they nee=
d
to know how to co-ordinate others.

Also, feel free to bring a box into the GNU/Linux Stammtisch, which was
yesterday and will take place again in a month.

Regular meetings can work as well, but let us know you're bringing a box in=
