irc server

[Brian Tafoya]

When I ran IRC services back in my home town I experienced the same
thing... but found it still worth while when it is needed. :) It is
appreciated by those who need the help. I do think it would not hurt to
set up on of the many open source web based chat clients to bring in
traffic from he PLUG website
