Transferring users

Hello!

=09I am trying to determine the best way to effectively copy the /etc/pas=
swd=20
file from one machine to another.  I have read that you can not do this b=
y=20
merely copying the associated files, but is there some method I can use t=
o=20
accomplish this idea?
