Star Office and PDF

Can't help with Linux (I'm still more comfortable with windows) but can
create the PDF for you with (No flames please) Windows.  A short term fix
with a continuing long term problem.  Email me your recume in RTF or .DOC
(Word) or Psotscript (.PS) format and I can distill it using Adobe Acrobat
5.0. and return it as PDF.  Adobe Distiller reado Postscript files and
creates PDF files.

Not really knowing anything about this. First I would try saving the
file as a Postscript. (instead of *trying* to save it as a PDF and
getting a postscript). Then try using ps2pdf and see if that works.
