I hereby do deem, appoint, and annoint Miles Beck as the Project Leader for 
the Free Software for Windows Users CD Project

There was a lot of chatter about this a while back on discuss which might be 
of some help for you.  You might want to assemble a virtual team and organize 
the apps that you want to put on the CD.  Then all ya gotta do is burn, baby, 
burn ;)
