There is wireless at "The Muse" on Terrace and Lemon (just north east of 
Rural and Apache) in Tempe.  Just a block east of ASU.  It is free so 
far, but that will change (at least so they get their DSL payed for). 
They are a coffee house, decent food, good soup and baked goods when 
they have them.
