If you are lucky, then Konqueror will include the "Archive" option in the 
browser.  I believe it is something like "Tools/Archive Web Page", and the 
resulting file has a ".war" extension.  (Note that this is just a ".tar.gz" 
under a different guise).  Konqueror (and possibly others) will open ".war" 
directly.
