Argentina still won't load but I can get online.

Nope. I only have one that is the RSP afore mentioned problem.
Uhhhhhhh.....
Two problems@
On excite news they have the text area and an article selection area. In 
Konqueror I only get the text area.
My other woes aren't related to dial-up.
