Migrate to Evolution from Kmail

I have successfully installed RH 8.0, Thanks to some CDs from a generous user!

I think that if I want to migrate friends and family from Windows, I must be
familiar with the programs and tools that "look" like what they are used to. 
This means I must learn Evolution.

I have restored my ~/Mail directories that contain the Kmail folders.  How do
I import them as folders into Evolution?
