Hi Don,

Hmmm, uh, well, actually 640 Kbps is *not* the upper limit with QWest DSL.
If it is for your telephone number, that just means that's what your
telephone line qualifies to receive.

BTW, for another DSL solution with static IP and no restrictions on servers,
