stopping opt-out

It isn't just phone companies.  We got a notice from Farmers Insurance that
we had to "opt out" or they would be selling our info to.  We opted out all
right, we no longer have Farmers.  What it comes down to is any company that
you give information to can use or sell it as they see fit.
