GIMP question

Gimp is SERIOUS overhead for an application and a hefty requirement for 
deployment.  You are probably much better off using a library for image 
creation.

GD is a heavily used one and I believe works on windows.  I think it will 
work with C/Perl/TCL/Pascal/Haskell/Rexx/Any Scripting Language 
(PHP/Python) most notably and more....
