article - open source sucks?

Hi:  Are you trying to make an argument that because David has a low opinion 
of the skill of those programmers who claim Visual Basic and SQL skills 
[Microsoft certified Professionals, I presume] it's because Open Source did 
it?  You know, I think you need a sign:
