Don't forget that discuss is quasi-moderated.  If a body shopper joins the 
list just to use the list as a tool for his job, he won't last long.

As far as members posting availability and seeking employment, that is where 
we can really help each other.  The PLUG network might be the best resource 
around in these difficult times.
