Debian for dual-processor systems?

We run debian on everything from desktop single proc systems up to
netserver 8x systems with 4 gigs of ram.
The only issue that I have seen is the procps package isn't compiled
with smp so top only displays proc usage for the first proc. A quick
recompile and this is fixed.
