Windows Internet Connection Sharing

I've been really happy with http://www.bbiagent.net/en/index.html and an 
old HP vetra 486/66 with no hard disk.  No ttys, no ssh, admin via a 
java applet.  It was mentioned in Linux Journal, 
http://www.linuxjournal.com/article.php?sid=5693, and I tried it.  I'm 
still on dial up and it works fine.  It's just what i wanted.  Aside 
from the Linux Journal article, I've not heard it mentioned.  I'd like 
to more about what's inside, but haven't figured out how to get at it.
