Thanks Lowell worked great. I'm using the 2.4.5 kernel
that came on the cd now. I tried building a 2.4.5
kernel with just the options I needed but I ended up
with a blank screen on boot :(. As far as the other
software goes I guess I'll just start experimenting
with all the 'pkg' tools and see what works and what
totally hoses my system :).
