cox and accessibility

AOL already owns Netscape and Mozella comes from the same group.  I don't
see any change happening here.

Here's hoping AOL makes a wise choice ... before dissolving and not

BTW, Galeon 1.2.0 based on moz 0.9.9 is right nice.  Gestures and
stuff.
