Frustrated - can't seem to make this thing workee...

setup... IDE hard drive is set in bios to be the boot drive - also have 2 SCSI 
controllers (won't boot linux - AHA 131) but will boot from floppy disk. All I 
get is "Unable to load OS" (unless I insert floppy and hit a key)
