PLUG Logo Update!

My $0.02.

It is lopsided with the BIG saguaro on the right and the little cactus on the
left.  I like the balance of the original logo, with saguaros not too big and
on both sides.  It would match the banner we already have.

Other than that, way cool work!  Thanks for doing it!
