Crappy Products Cost More!!

Would you settle for a product that is 70 to 80% complete?   How about if they left off one tire on your car?  Bernard's attitude is a horrible example of bad customer service.  (If what you report is accurate.)

the version included with 7.3 was a cvs snapshot incorporating 70 - 80%
of what was the final 3.01 and he feels that there is little reason to
update at this juncture. 

But of course, you can rant on.
