Webmin via Apache

When I originally set up Apache on my system at home (this was about 6
months ago), I noticed that whenever I entered a URL containing a
directory, it wouldn't find anything unless I included the final slash
"/". If I was accessing a page, then it was fine, but if I just wanted the
index.html file to load automagically, then I had to make sure it was there.
This may be a silly question, but have you tried using
"http://192.168.200.6/webmin/"
I know theres a mod that can be compiled in to take care of this, but since
it was for a particular project that didn't require it, I never
investigated further.
