apache upgrade

So far, Mandrake has gotten a patched version out for SNF7.2.  The 
Mdk8.2 and other versions are expected shortly.  Don't be surprised 
though if the Apache version number doesn't change.  They'll probably 
patch the hole in their current version instead of risking potential 
incompatibilities with newer Apaches.  (I could be wrong, but that 
appears to be what they did with SNF7.2 since its Apache package is 1.3.20.)
