Hi Charlie,
It's called the K12LTSP and their website is:
http://k12ltsp.org

They focus the distro (based on RH 7.3) towards schools by adding
additional software that might be useful in a K12 environment, but I found
it to be perfectly suited for my work environment as well.  Let me know if
you have any questions as you're setting up the server and I'd be glad to
help.  I'll also be giving a demonstration of a K12LTSP server at the
InstallFest, if you'll be attending.
