KDE 3.0 "appfinder"

It's still there.  I'm not sure if RH messes with the menu structure at 
all.. but if they don't, it should be in K Menu -> System -> KAppfinder.  
Or, you could run it from the command line ('kappfinder').  Or you could do 
Alt+F2 and run it from there.
