Switching from ASP to JSP/PHP

JSP is fairly similar to ASP - you can use request and response objects in
both.

JSP utilizes a more featured language - java, so you have good room to grow.
J2EE also has servlets and EJB technology as you scale up. Our team
migrated from ASP to JSP over the last few years without much of a problem.

I have only limited experience with PHP and ColdFusion, so my advice is of
no use to you there...

Let me know if you need any recommendations for a J2EE server if you go that
route....
Good Luck

ASP pages on SQL Server to using either JSP or PHP on Apache with
PostgreSQL? Would it be better to just keep the ASP and use something like
ChiliSoft on the Apache? Which is easier to learn JSP or ASP for someone
with a basis in ASP?
