The other option is CafePress.com.  The product probably wont look as nice 
and you wont raise as much money, but there is no out of pocket cost.

The way it works is you upload your images and design your product online 
at no cost.  Then it creates a virtual store.  Then you can buy products 
and a portion of each sale comes back to you.

is an example.... I would whip up some for plug, but unfortunately the 
image on the web site is...

a. A .gif file (bad bad bad, i'm giving you a url to a .png version please 
fix the site to use the .png version)
b. The .gif is so trashed it wont even open in gimp. (or gimp is that 
broken)
