What I see here are two opportunities:
1.  Develop an iptables script that will accept connections only from
the hosts that have what you are searching for.  This requires
iptable-gnutella client integration.  The only way the RIAA gets in is
if they have what you are looking for, and I believe this is called
entrapment.
2.  Learn how to "interdict" and for a company to do so.  This is a
skill 99.5% of computer users do not have, which means RIAA is going to
pay a premium to get people who can do it.
