Open Office CD Request

I was thinking that it might be useful to mail a bunch of OpenOffice CDs
to the county IT dept., etc.  It'd be nice to have them look reasonably
professional with nice CD artwork, but that would be an optional expense.
Perhaps if the county had the disks in hand then they might be curious
enough to install it on a few systems and take it for a spin around the
block.  What does everyone else think?
