I'm not sure what the group's experience is with the Gartner Group, but I 
can tell you this:

I have to deal with these morons every day.  They are overrated in a big 
way.  They are masters of FUD.  I have watched their 'experts' fumble 
under question.  They memorize statistics and 'facts' and spew them at 
every opportunity.  

I wasn't too bummed reading the minutes of the meeting that der.hans 
posted, but I was bummed to find that they are using Gartner.  *shudder*

Be afraid.  Be VERY afraid.
