Maricopa or Arizona for that matter has always been behind the 8 ball when it 
comes to innovative things.  We were one of the last states to finish I-10 
when the Fed Government threaten to drop any federal aid to Arizona unless we 
finished the I-10 project.

We voted down the rail system half a dozen time now.

and the list goes on...  It's gonna take a real burst of the economy to wake 
some people up!!!
